While attending college in the San Joaquin Vallery, Susan performed in the Miss America program and entertained for the troops with the USO program, traveling to Europe. She worked in music after college, singing on tours, live and televised shows and in the studio. Susan's youngest son, Levi, began acting a few years ago and it drew her back to her love for acting and performing. In addition to performing, Susan assists Dorsey McHugh, an artist here in Nashville, overseeing her inventory, website and galleries. Growing up in a home that appreciated music, Susan continues to sing and write. She also sings and volunteers with different outreach/ministry groups including Feed the Children, where supplies (and hugs) are distributed during the year at their warehouse events in town to needy families. Since 2001, David Chattam, a native of Calhoun, Georgia, has dedicated his life to the pursuit of his acting career, even giving up his nine-to-five job in the technology field to do so. Although the acting jobs have progressively gotten larger, he is quick to point out the fact that the road has not been easy. “I really understand the term 'Starving Artist’! However, acting is a gift that I truly feel God has blessed me with and wants me to share with other people, so I plan on doing just that until I am physically not able to do it anymore”. Growing up in the tiny town of Elizabethton, TN with a drug and alcohol addicted mother, and the loss of her father who suffered the same addictions, Stefani Paige knew she had to make a life for herself. She was involved in performing arts starting at the age of four, and it has always been the only thing she’s wanted to do. Whether singing or acting, she always felt most fulfilled and alive while entertaining. After high school, instead of going straight to college, she threw herself into global mission and relief work; she wanted to turn all those years of family chaos into something that drove her to help others who were suffering. She started in New York City doing hunger relief for the homeless, then went to a small village in Alaska where the suicide and depression rates soar. From there she helped in an orphanage in Guatamala, then went into AIDS relief work in Mozambique, Africa, and finally to Managua, Nicaragua where hundreds of families live in the city's landfill. After that, she felt a pull to relocate to a bigger city, which happened to be Nashville, where she moved in 2005. She has since graduated college with a teaching degree and has married the most wonderful guy on the planet. About a year ago when she mentioned to him that she wanted to get back into acting, he encouraged her to take acting classes, which she did. After a few months at The Actor's School in Franklin, TN, she signed with Talent Trek Agency, and has done four film projects, a music video, a SAG commercial, and now Class of '91, with a handful of other projects in the works. |

Barbara Lemonds began her acting career back in her hometown of Jackson, TN at the ripe old age of 12, singing and dancing in the chorus of the local Theatre Guild production of HMS Pinafore. She was fortunate enough to have a university close by at the time known as Lambuth College, and to have a talented mother who was the musical director for their summer stock theatre productions for a couple of years. (Sometimes it's good to be the child of the director!) As a result, she was able to participate in several college-level productions as a young teen, such as Pajama Game and Oklahoma. She took a break from acting for few years to pursue her schooling to become a registered nurse. She missed the theatre, returning to sing and dance in Evita and Cinderella, also being the understudy for the lead role and helping choreograph the ballroom dance. Later that season she played the leading role in two very different shows, Eugene O'Neill comedic drama, Ah, Wilderness and the colorful circus atmosphere of Barnum, the musical telling of the life story of that circus legend, P.T. Barnum. Another long break has taken place to marry and raise three beautiful children, twins Chase and Rebekah who started university this fall, and Anna Rachel who finishes middle school this year. (Forgot to throw in there four moves and a divorce--been a little busy.) Barbara has just begun to delve into the professional world of film, having made several commercial and industrial shoots, but this is her first feature film. And she is very excited to participate in this. It makes it even more special because she gets a chance to honor her Savior at the same time. |
